PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

The programme is for 3 days. 21st to 23rd February 2020

The programme will start on 21st February, 9.00 AM and will end at noon on 23rd February. Details of the programme would be circulated shortly.


ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation has been arranged for all outstation candidates for 20th,21st and 22nd nights. You could provide the checkin and checkout dates accordingly in the proforma as below. If there are additional requirements, please let us know.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION

Please confirm your participation in the course by paying a sum of INR 2500 (MBBS) or INR 5000 (MD) as advance latest by 5 PM, 4th February 2020, Tuesday; this amount is refundable upon your participation in the Workshop. Please use the following options to make the payment:

3) Enter the following details: Email ID, mobile number, name, address, account name (i.e., name of payer as in bank records), account number, IFSC code, bank name, bank address, Post or ZIP code, and amount (i.e., 10000). Please note that, after the Course, reimbursements will be made by online transfer only. So, it is very important that accurate details are provided here.

4) Click on ‘Show Details’ and submit the 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

5) On the next page, click on ‘Pay Now’.

6) Select a convenient payment mode and proceed to make the payment.
